Over the years, I’ve worked with women who want to move more confidently – including those who’ve had a hip replacement and aren’t quite sure what comes next, and those who are simply returning to movement after a long break and don’t know where to begin.

Here you’ll find ideas, guidance and honest reflections drawn from more than 39 years of teaching movement. Some posts will help you feel safer in your body. Others will simply remind you that it’s not too late – and that you don’t have to figure it out alone.
