Move with confidence - at your own pace
Thoughtful, experience-led guidance to help you feel safe, strong and capable
- in your body and in your movement
Who I work with - and what you’ll find here
Over the years, I’ve worked with women who want to move more - but don’t feel confident, don’t know where to start, or have been made to feel that exercise isn’t for them.
I’ve also supported teachers and professionals who want a clearer, more thoughtful approach to movement — one that prioritises understanding over simply following along.
Here, you’ll find a collection of ideas, guidance, and reflections drawn from that experience.
Some posts will help you feel more confident in your own body.
Others will offer a deeper understanding of how and why we move the way we do.
Take what you need, whatever resonates with you.

A little about me
I’ve been working in the fitness and movement industry since 1986, supporting women who want to feel stronger, more confident, and more at ease in their bodies.
Over the years, I’ve also trained and mentored hundreds of Pilates teachers, helping them develop a deeper understanding of movement - not just how to teach it, but how to truly see and support the people in front of them.
My work has always centred around one simple idea: movement should feel safe, accessible, and possible - no matter where you’re starting from.
This blog is where I share that thinking.
