What exactly is BRIO!
BRIO! is an online mobility and movement programme designed especially for women 50+ who want to move more freely, improve strength and flexibility, and feel confident in everyday life.
Why I Created BRIO!
I created BRIO! because I saw too many women being left behind by mainstream fitness – women who wanted to move, but didn’t feel safe, seen, or supported in traditional classes. I wanted to build a calm, confidence-building space where movement feels achievable, not intimidating – a place to rebuild trust in your body, one small step at a time.
What to Expect When You Join
BRIO! is for those who feel overwhelmed at the idea of joining a class – even one described as “for beginners.” You’ll learn to move safely, gently, and with purpose, guided through clear, supportive sessions that meet you exactly where you are.

With over 35 years’ experience teaching Pilates, yoga, and functional movement, I’ve helped hundreds of women rediscover confidence in their bodies. I’ve trained teachers, run studios, and seen first-hand how the right approach can change everything.
